Anything that a 1911 will handle will perform very well in one of the 45ACP M625s.

My current load is 5.5gr of HP-38/W231 under a 200gr LRNHP that I cast from straight wheel weights from a Mihec 45-200gr Cramer HP mould. I also run that same round through my Auto Ordnance Thompson Semi Auto TM1. That thing is so heavy that it is like shooting a 22LR!

I have some WILD rounds as well that hurls a 240-250gr LSWC, from an H&G #502 mold from my M625JM's 4" tube at 1100fps! From mild to WILD!

Don't fool yourself, the new M625 in 45ACP is one stout puppy.
