I've used Hogue's for some guns in the past, but no longer do because of the finger grooves. Not only do I not like them, but if you shoot USPSA then you can't add finger grooves via a slip on grip to a gun that didn't originally have them and remain Production-legal.

These days I actually prefer to just use bicycle inner-tubes for my grips. They give me the same nonslip properties without changing the profile of the grip, and you can get about 20-30 grips out of a tube for $5 .
