You cant really compare the two. The sr9c is comparable to the m&p 9c. They are both double stack guns, the shield is a single stack, which would be compared to a kahr cw9, walther pps, etc.

Tell us more about intended use. Either gun is quality, it's a matter of preference and what fits you.
