I tried many different rigs and landed on this. Also I tried to ankle carry semi autos and unless I got down to a Kimber solo or sig P938 size I didn't feel comfortable and I don't like carrying SA guns. So I carry J frames with shrouded hammers or hammerless. It is extremely comfortable, highly concealable (I feel I can go anywhere with it without even the least bit of consciousness that I will be "made". I much prefer it to pants pocket carry. Jacket Pocket carry would be as good but I am so used to it it's the only way to go for me (as long as I am not wearing shorts)
