Nope. Common usage. Generally we will indicate the quantity when referring to a bulk pack, ie "550 rd brick." I often call them "bulk packs" implying they are loose boxed ammo as opposed to the nifty little 50 packs in the "bricks" of yore but most of us know what the other's talkin' about. Sometimes I call 'em bricks. Shorter than "bulk pack." I actually saw two of the old skool 10x50rd bricks of Rem Goldens in my local Turner's a couple weeks ago. Don't see them very often 'round here.
