Reason one doesn't see bricks much any more is that the retailers break them down and sell them by the box-make more money that way. They aren't gonna sell you a brick for less than 10 boxes. Me personally, I like the bricks-why-who cares I'm over 50 so I don't have ot give any reason. I remember Federal Lightning for 9.99 a brick-I think I still have some somewhere. Bricks just seem to being more order to the world-plus it's easier to keep track of how many you have left. Downside is that their carbon footprint is bigger due to the increased packing material used. Maybe that's another reason I like them better
Probably the reason they went to bulk is that the guy who used to fill the little boxes died and nobody wanted to learn the craft of putting the cartridges in one up, one down.........
