Played with a Charter Arms .40s&w snubbie a while back. They have the no moon clip cylinder down I was really impressed. Snappy loading no hangups ejecting. That was the problem I heard a while back with rimless cartridges. Smith could do it in 9mm and 40 there certainly is a market for defensive snubbies. Taurus makes a 9mm 'j-frame'.
