Ummm...
We are a whole state here, with lakes and fish and trees and forests and wild animals and mountains and deer and moose, and turkeys and geese and ducks and small game and trapping, etc., etc.
Not to mention the maple, wine, & apple industries. Plus rich history of involvement in the Revolutionary War, the Erie Canal, etc. We are not just a cess-pool city hanging out into the ocean.

Our entire state needs such pressure applied, and bravo to the companies that possess the fortitude to stand up and fight.
