No, it's not junk ammo. As others have stated, Federal ammo, even the cheapest stuff, is some of, if not the most reliable ammo in the industry.
Federal also have the best customer service in the industry as well.
I hate to tell you this, but CCI and Federal are owned by the same parent company, ATK.
