Be aware that the nickle finish is a tip off that this is very likely a refinished revolver. Except for a very few brushed-nickel examples made for, I believe, the Florida Highway Patrol, all Model 28 revolvers were blued. If you have a real example of one of those, it should command a premium price; if not, it would be worth less to a collector because of its unoriginal condition.
