Don't know but if you need an Uplula to load your .22 mag, something is wrong. That's what that button on the side is for - to pull the follower down and a cartridge just slides neatly in.
Also, does a new M&P come with a mag loader? I've never seen one. Maybe in the special range kit, eh?
