It really frosts me when somebody starts in when I'm clearly busy on the phone. I have done the full evil-eye stare and "I'll come and see you when I'm done with my call" on a few occasions. As a culture comparison, that reaction drives Americans nuts, I suspect because I have broken their sense of control. Folk in the UK just think I'm a grumpy old sod.
