Some people use a lot of words to say very little, they just jibber jabber along saying nothing. I tend to only speak when I have something to say.
Annoys my wife sometimes. She calls me a stoic Injun.
When I do say something and someone talks over me I'll either just turn and leave or if they're very annoying I'll yell over them.
"Why are you yelling?" "If you'd shut the hell up when I'm talking, I wouldn't have to."
