Never carried either, but have carried G21s and a full size M&P 45. The M&P should be easier to conceal than the Glock 30. I haven't seen the 30S, but the 36 slide may make some difference. Go play with both and see which feels better and you shoot more accurately, then worry about how to conceal it.
