There is enough of a vestige of the rim on a .32 ACP to catch on the ejector star of my 632 Pro (below) and permit reliable firing & ejection, making it a five ammo gun. Admittedly, the .32 ACP is like a pop gun, while the other end of the spectrum, the .327 Federal Magnums, mean business.



As to ammo availability, last weekend's AGCA gunshow in Birmingham had a good supply of .32 ACP, some .32 S&W, a bit more .32 S&WL, and a box of .32 H&RM - but I never saw any .327 Federal Magnum, save 100 bullet boxes of Hornady 100gr .312" XTP's for $21/box. I bought two for $40 to reload in some of my mixed .327 brass. As S&W already dropped the 632 Pro, and Taurus, Charter, and Ruger have dropped most of their such caliber, too - I don't expect .327 Federal Magnum ammo to be high on any ammo maker's priority anytime soon.
