Do not even think about 296 for those. Titegroup is in the right burn rate range, but I would not chance a guess at the number of grains you should use. I'd give Speer a call and see what they would recommend. Years ago I loaded 100 of the .44 capsules and as I recall the powder amount was not critical, but I'd call the manufacturer before interpolating the amount of powder to use.
