Check this date again, Jinks or not. 1922 is the year generally credited as being the year for the new style sights. I have several in my list with significantly higher numbers which were reported as shipping several years after this date, 2 in the 108500-600 range, that shipped summer 1922.
I agree OP's revolver can't date later than 1919.
