Dont know the guy or the company. Never heard of them. However, after a week i wouldn't take it back either. I get it mix ups happen and he shouldnt be yelling at customers but......in this case .....how is he to know what you did with the ammo in the mean time. Did you shoot it and attempt to reload yourself? Were they compromised at all? Did you decide that 9 wasn't for you, traded for a 40 and tried to get free replacement ammo?
