I'm becoming a 1911 nut----among other brands I recently purchased a SW1911 ProSeries 5" 178011 and a SW1911TA E-series 5" 109409----but I am getting a real jones to buy a SW 1911sc eseries stainless 108485. The first two were pretty pricey but the Scandim 4.25 inch stainless is the priciest of all.

Does anyone own this Scandium 108485-----what are the benefits of owning it as opposed to just my others---or is it just a problem of me feeding my uncontrollable appetite for more 1911s

The MSRP is $1369 but I think I can find one for $200 less.

I was dead set against 1911s a year ago but since shooting them again----can't get enough-----just like an old flame.
