S&W musta made quite a few of these-- even the small LGS had one in the case when I stopped by there today. The guys working there weren't familiar with the "Wyatt", it turned out none of them had ever even watched the BS TV show.
Anyway, it's a nice little piece with a bobbed hammer and a smooth, light DAO trigger pull. I don't need the Desantis clip-grips, but they did feel pretty good in the hand. I still prefer the (discontinued) Uncle Mike boots though. I can do without the other features: polished cylinder flutes, goofy "gunsmoke" and "wyatt deep cover" lettering, and of course the ugly late-model frame and internal lock.
S&W website says $549 MSRP, but this one was stickered at $630 or so. Of course, everything else in the case was over-priced too- a sign of the time I guess.
