the sights are interchangeable with the M&P series, just ordered a steel M&P rear sight from Brownells to replace the polymer one on my SDVE 40. if your SD is still pretty new, i would recommend shooting it frequently before installing the trigger kit. i installed the kit after a couple hundred rounds and was getting light primer strikes from the lighter striker spring. i replaced the striker spring with the stock spring and the issues went away. the trigger kit does nothing to the length of the pull.......it will still be a long trigger pull, just a bit lighter. i'm from up in anne arundel county, good to see a fellow marylander on here.
