I suspect that this guy's lousy markmanship went along with his yell to kill him. He WANTED to miss! Suicide by cop...Maybe. In the officers' shoes, I'd certainly have acomodated him.
Did anyone notice how long the backup lights showed on the suspect vehicle? Or were those brake lights? I think he was debating whether to ram the patrol car or bolt.

Im not entirely convinced he wanted to miss. He just sprayed instead of aiming. Ive tried shooting like that once...also from an AK. Its not very controlable and hard to really hit anything. You think the barrel is lined up with the target but its not. That type of shooting is only good for throwing a lot of lead in a short period of time in hopes of hitting something, anything, or to keep people down.
