Truglo attached the pics to illustrate how the sights might be sighted. The one with the front and rear dots aligned horizontally is their correct way of alignment. The other pic with the center post aligned with the top of the rear sight is their illustration of how they should not be aligned.

Good clarification. I was only pointing out the difference in the illustrations, assuming the person asking the question had read the captions and didn't see the differences.
