Good points. Open Carry is currently somewhere in the process of passing and in Texas should have almost no chance to fail. Gov Perry already said--as well as others like Gregg Abbott and such--said it would be signed. I cant say anything on the rest of what you said as ive never encountered testing on anything dealing with the 2nd Amendment--only testing as it goes when i was training for State Law Enforcement.
I CAN see and support for testing for Concealed Carry. I would hate to see a slew of those out there with CC-who don't know their butts from a hole-in-the-ground.
