Oddly they don't do much with concealed carry, other than a 2 point demerit for not requiring a permit for concealed carry. Really it's kinda flawed as a measure of being "gun friendly" b/c it focuses a LOT on records and tracking, less on carry.

Texas got dinged 4 points. Two for the ban on college campues, 2 for some kind of age restriction law that isn't clear on that chart. Does Texas have some kind of lock law for homes with children?
