The Army got all the fun toys. I was one of the guys responsible for pulling our weapons from the armory if our mobility team deployed. So I would go sign out a pallet of M16s, and a S&W .38 revolver. The rifles remained locked up on the pallet, and I played guard while armed with the revolver.
