No, I don't. This gun was part of my wife's stepfather's collection. His notes on the gun say that it is factory engraved. They also say that it had original papers with it, but they are not in the box so they must have been misplaced over the years. If you would be seriously interested in the gun if it had a letter, I would be willing to order one from S&W.
