in a declared state of emergency you would think everyone would have their second amendment rights. and legal Americans that can posses arms should be able to do so , lets face it we are all on the same side. We just want to be and feel safe, by protecting our loved ones and ourselves. Look what happened in New ORLEANS thats just not right
