Had my throat swabbed with methiolate or however you spell it many times. Sure would cure a sore throat real quick. Didn't know till years later it was for external use only. I don't think my Mother ever knew that. Didn't make much difference.

Seems like Borax or Boraxo was a powder cleaner in my younger days also. Nothing like Babbo or Ajax as I think we used them all. I loved the Hydrox Cookies. Do they still make them?
