The process was much easier than I thought and took less than 20 minutes. I got the fabric at Joann's and bought 2 yards. I picked the fabric closest to the SW blue and material. Luckily the fabric I got was somewhat flexible to help mold into the plastic. I used Fast Tack auto upholstery adhesive since it was safe on plastic. I just sprayed a light spray on the back of the fabric with a heavier coat to the plastic and foam. Then I worked it into the groves and molded it to fit flush. You have to work fast before it dries. I then let it dry for 10 minutes and cut the access fabric. If anybody in the Dallas are wants one done please PM me. I can work for ammo or a little cash.
