Can anyone advise whether, as a female runner, I should carry on the front of my stomach, side, or against my back? I'd like to be able to carry behind if that's a safe option. And if that's the case, would I need to order a left-handed model to draw from behind? I am right-handed for other activities. Any feedback on ease and safety would be much appreciated!
