Mine has never had FTF, but when cleaning and reloading spare mags I found that one of my mags would stick after unloading 3 rounds. The follower was hanging up on a tiny shaving inside the mag wall. I chipped it out with a small screw driver and it was fine after that.

One other time with another single stack gun that was my EDC I found a little chunk of lint blocking the follower of my 2nd mag. I used to clean my stuff every month or so now the interval is a couple weeks.
