Penn Bullets has a 230 gr wadcutter for the 38 Special/357 Magnum. Might make a good snubby load. I was thinking that if you put a small angle on the flat nose it might tumble when it hits.

I have used a lot of 180-200 gr bullets in the 38 Special and 357 Magnum. Never saw any instability in flight and they were quite accurate. Even worked well in a 2 incher with heavy doses of 2400. With the Lyman 200 gr RN loaded to about 1000 fps in a 357 Magnum, you can have a lot of fun plinking at long range. The heavy bullet kicks up a lot of dirt on the berm when it hits so you can see where the bullet goes.
