I mentioned a little test I did with some Super Police 200gr. in a thread here about the S&W .38/ .380 British.

I shot only 12 rounds. 6 out of my 2" M 10-7. They did not feel weak to me.

I also saw some crime sine photos of a murder committed with those 200gr Super Police loads. The wounds on the victims were pretty gruesome.
