I bought my Shield about six months ago and it is now my favorite semiauto. It has given me zero issues through about 1000 rounds at ranges. As soon as I can afford it, I'll add a Crimson Trace greenie to it, fit it out for a Sneaky Pete and make it my primary CCW. My greatest fear is that as soon as the wife recovers from her most recent operation, she'll want to go to the range to try it out; I'm quite sure how that story will end...
