This .44 HE 2nd model used to belong to our late member Sandy Jacobs, IBSandy. It shipped Feb. 25, 1925 to F.T. Budge Co, Miami Florida. It was returned for an unknown reason (according to the letter) in Nov. of 1925 and again in 1957 for a refinish of the original nickel finish. The hammer and trigger appear to have the original cch. I'm holding on to it for Sandy's widow until she decides what to do with it.
