Your local guru might not be too much off the mark on value in Virginia, especially NoVA. Going by what I've seen at the Chantilly shows and the Southern PA shows, a full-option 19 with box and tools would easily bring $800 and quite likely as much as $1,000. If you could find one. Saw a near-perfect 4" 19-3, no options, no box or tools, for $800. A week later it was gone, gone, gone for $775.
