Guys, kinda thought I lost my marbles as my first post was dated 3 1/2 or so years ago. Then I saw the dates on the most recent posts. Was at a local gun show and no S&W's in 44 special I know cause I looked. But did see one of the Ruger 44 specials. Only thing I didn't like is that my pinky finger sits on the underside of the stocks. Have fired the 3" 24-3 with some win silvertip ammo and sort of shooting a 22rf. Got brass,dies and bullets and a winter coming up. Good combination. Thanks again, Frank
