Coywolves indeed. Got 'em around here. Rarely seen but spotted one in my headlights one night and thought I was looking at an actual wolf or full grown Husky.

The Nature doc on them on Netlfix (also online, I think) is well-worth the viewing; fascinating hybrid with unique behavior.
