Ok, others will chime in, I've never had one with that issue. But I recall there being several threads on 'crooked barrel on new gun'.

Try doing a search. I think you'll find this has been covered in much detail.

In summary; it happens, you call S&W, they email you a shipping label, you send it back to them, they fix it post haste (though remember that they take a two week break this time of year if I recall correctly), and then they send it back to you. It doesn't cost you a cent.
