As a huge fan of the 3" K Frames (I have 4), Id suggest that you leave the 4" alone and look for a 3" so that you have one of each.

A friend has a 4" 13 and its a great shooter, especially with the full power .357's. I shoot the full power .357's out of the 3" guns, but its more pleasant from the longer barrels.
