Gotta keep commenting that I bought a 625 PC, because my 625 JM with EDM rifling leaded too much. I gather that some castboolit experts can design a suitable nonleading bullet and load, but I gave up. My 625 JM is reserved for my stash of FMJ ammo and bullet supply. I might try gas checks some day, but EDM rifling is simply not meant for lead. S&W (and probably Jerry Miculek) changed to button rifling in the PC for a reason, my guess being that Jerry went into his lead bullet reloading phase.
