Nevada no longer recognizes Arizona, so I took a course last year in Las Vegas. I took the free class offered at The Gun Store on Tropicana. It was 9 hours class, plus shooting qualification. They say it will take up to 120 for the permit to arrive...mine showed up exactly 110 days after I took the class. The class was free, but the permit fee at LVMPD was $100. That is the same for residents or non-residents. Many places in Vegas charge over $100 for just the class alone, so if you are looking for a class I highly recommend The Gun Store.
