I actually picked up the 5 inch pro for competition as well. I got rid of it almost immediately after purchasing due to accuracy issues and picked up a glock 34.

I actually really liked the pro model, and would have kept it had the accuracy been consistent and acceptable. I got over the trigger feel pretty quickly, but YMMV.

Any way you can dry fire the exact pistol you're looking to get at your local shop?
