100% the reloaded ammo issue. I have the same setup, run my own reloads and have had 1 FTE in about 300 rounds. I use 9mm mags and a factory barrel.
I would NOT use the reloaded ammo. It sounds like it was improperly sized if it is sticking in the chamber like you describe. Are you seeing any signs of excess pressure with the reloads?
