You do not have to paranoid to recognize a blatant excuse to compile a database of all veterans, their current address, and a recent photo seems a tad...suspicious. The more so after the good, trustworthy folks at DHS peg vets as a potentially troublesome group to watch. Yeah, nothing to see here.

Odd that people who won't register their guns will gladly register themselves.

Don't matter to me, I am already in the system. I just find it funny how blatant it is

Quotes the new law. Note that the card confers no benefits...no exchange privileges etc.
