I think you did fantastic considering the LNIB condition. I'd have gone for that deal for certain! And I'm not even a blued 3rd Gen kind of guy! There are none so far in my 3rd Gen accumulation.

Nor am I a "squared trigger" kind of guy although I finally caved in last month and bought an early squared trigger 4506 in lieu of my long sought after (and impossible to find in MA) 4506-1. I paid too much for it, but the timing and the overall deal made it work for me.

So I say CONGRATULATIONS!!! And the same on your NIB 3953! Sure wish I had one!
