S&W sent me a spring kit which solved the problem, but the rep did state that the springs inside the magazine might need to "Break in." I find that comment disturbing, especially when I depend on this weapon to protect my life.
Problems and little snafu's are part of anything produced and S&W's quick reaction to my problem was promptly addressed. This Bodyguard fits my "ultra deep concealment" needs when my Sig 938 is just a tad to big/heavy.
