If you have the military background for USAA membership, they pretty much offer excellent deals and have been highly rated. They do Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can do points or cash back and believe me they offer interest rates lower than what they advertise. Just depends on what you want, need, and qualify for. The best cards are the ones that are paid off each month and let you earn cash back for doing it.
