I seldom shoot rifles in Ohio's few sub-zero days, but I have done sporting clays a couple times in 10+ mph wind with snow and -10 temps. Just to see if I could hit anything. At the time I was averaging 70-80% in normal/good weather, I still had better than 50% the few times I did the sub zero thing.

As to dressing animals in the home, any place else would be darn cold to have wet meat against your hands (if the meat wasn't rock hard!)
